Can you create something for us that is not listed on your website?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our bespoke custom service. Kerryanne has been designing and bringing to life ideas for businesses since 2019. We can work with your MOQ and budget to find something that works for your business.

How long does a custom creation usually take?

Expect a 6-8 week turnaround time and you should be in the ballpark. Slow communication and slow payment of invoice can extend this out, but generally from idea to product in hand is around 8 weeks for custom design.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes we can. Express shipping has been deleted as an option on the website, due to the print times on many of our print to order offerings making it unachievable. But in stock items can be express posted. If you require Express shipping, please contact us to find out if it is possible to meet your deadline prior to ordering.

Where are your products made?

Our sourcing of products globally ensures that you are always receiving a high quality product from IHP Merchandising. We work with manufacturers from many regions worldwide, but the bulk of our stock is sourced in Australia, USA and China.

Do you offer Bulk Discounts?
